"We were having significant problems getting the information we needed out of our banking system using the tools recommended. After a few months of doing everything possible to make some of our required reports work, and failing to do so, we contacted Lodestar.

Within a short period of time, they came out to meet with us, and showed us how their product worked right now, as well as what their future plans were. It was very clear right from the start that they weren’t just doing a sales job, but that they were passionate about their product, and about making it work for their clients.

Shortly after the meeting, we made the decision to go with Lodestar’s product, but we had a few things we wanted to do differently. First, we wanted to host it on a Linux based server as opposed to the Windows servers that their clients had used to date. Lodestar arranged a conference call with us and an Oracle representative, and we very quickly sorted out exactly which products we needed to use both for our current plans for the system, as well as to provide us with the ability to expand the functionality of the system for some of our own internal projects.

Despite the fact that their system had never been setup on a Linux based server before, Lodestar did an excellent job of porting everything over, and kept us regularly apprised of where they were at with the project, and when we would get to the next phase.

Once the actual database was up, they came to our office, and walked us through the data dictionary (imagine that, a database that’s actually documented!), and basically just showed us how the interface was setup. Then, a few weeks later, once the front end we were planning on using was all configured, they again came out and walked us through that.

As we’ve been using the product, and finding fields that we needed for our purposes, that weren’t in the existing extract, Lodestar has worked quickly and easily with us to determine exactly which field we need, and how to integrate it.

They have truly been a pleasure to work with. E-mails and phone calls are quickly responded to, and when they don’t know the answer, they tell you right away, but also don’t leave it at that, but spend the time to discover what the answer is.

I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Lodestar as they modify and expand their offerings, and would recommend their services without any hesitation whatsoever."
