Welcome to Three New Credit Union Clients

Lodestar is pleased to welcome the following credit unions
as new clients:

Sharon’s Credit Union (Vancouver, B.C.) will be
implementing the Lodestar Data Store to assist the credit
union with their Open Solutions’ DNA migration and
reporting requirements. We are pleased to announce that
Sharon’s has chosen Lodestar’s Business Intelligence
Suite to assist with their strategic direction.

Revelstoke Credit Union (Revelstoke, B.C.) will be implementing
the Lodestar Data Store to help with their Open Solutions
DNA migration and reporting requirements.
Northern Credit Union in Ontario will be implementing
the Lodestar Data Store and working with Lodestar’s
conversion specialists to help ensure a successful conversion
to Open Solutions DNA.
Welcome to North Peace Savings & Credit Union

& Credit Union is the latest credit union to adopt the
Lodestar Data Store solution. NPSCU is utilizing the Fiserv
Acumen banking system and will be using the Lodestar Data

Lodestar Launches Client
Advisory Group

Lodestar Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the formation
of a Client Advisory Group (CAG). The CAG is Lodestar’s team
of trusted client advisors who provide feedback and direction
on our development initiatives. The CAG is also the forum
for our clients to create synergies amongst each other to
help move their strategic initiatives progressively forward.
Each member of the CAG has an opportunity to contribute
their ideas towards a common purpose that will allow Lodestar
to align its business practices with its client base. We foresee
opportunities for joint development initiatives and cross-pollination
of best practices.
The Lodestar Team is excited about the opportunities that
lay ahead with the formation of this group.
Grand Forks Credit Union
Uses Lodestar Technology to Achieve Success

- Lodestar Technologies is pleased to congratulate Grand Forks
Credit Union for their recent placement as runner up for the
Credit Union Central of Canada’s (CUCC) National Credit
Union Innovation Award.
CUCC recognizes and rewards significant accomplishments through
an annual awards program, the National Credit Union Awards,
acknowledging credit unions that exemplify the true nature
of the co-operative spirit. The National Credit Union Innovation
Award highlights the role of an individual credit union in
creating breakthrough solutions that can serve as a model
for others and is recognition for a credit union's effort
in making change.
Grand Forks Credit Union submitted their unified Enterprise
Content Management (ECM) system for the award. The ECM comprises
multiple components that are integrated, enabling them to
“talk” to one another. Using a unified ECM system
provides Grand Forks Credit Union with many benefits, including
improved user access to content allowing for increased enterprise
effectiveness, a reduction in development costs, and improved
efficiencies and consistencies in business processes.
As part of the ECM, Grand Forks Credit Union utilized the
Lodestar Data Store (data warehouse) developed by Lodestar
Technologies. Integrated to provide a repository of Grand
Forks Credit Union’s data from various sources with
advanced Oracle-based Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards
and reporting, the Lodestar Data Store and Business Intelligence
are key components to Grand Forks’ ECM, workflow management,
and process improvement initiatives.
Lodestar and Grand Forks are continuing to work together
to discover new ways to utilize technology to successfully
move their business forward and to achieve greater efficiencies
throughout their working environment.

Lodestar Client Portal Launched
August 17, 2009
Lodestar Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the launch
of the company's new Client Portal at lodestartech.ca/client.
Lodestar clients can visit the new portal to find answers
to their most frequently asked questions, contact the Lodestar
technical team or read the latest announcements.
The site also hosts a community forum where cients can speak
with other Lodestar clients and share tips and tricks and
ask questions of fellow community members.

GFCU's Operators Forum
